Graveyard, Harare, Zimbabwe. The end of the day on Peckham Rye.today was the anniversary of my Dad's death a few years back...........it also happens to be the birthday of the tyrant Mugabe. They say he has reached an age where he is now immune from prosecution by The International Court in s'Gravenhagen , The Netherlands. Surely this cannot be true......a mass murderer is a mass murderer no matter how old he is.

After a week of big snow there is not much left but big balls.

Here we have Wandsworth Road Station on 4 February , four days after the snow fell. Nothing has been done to clear the snow from the platform nor the bridge crossing the line from Platform one to Platform two. The bridge and the steps were/are a nightmare of ice. Well done Southern for your "excellent" work. The train was also delayed by forty five minutes.

The Rye. The table of snow. The Garden. Peckham. Rye Lane 2 February 2009. It is totally mad that one of the largest cities in the world is unable to cope with 7" of snow. The busses and trains have been suspended making it nigh on impossible to get to work.. ...and if one did and more snow, which is forecast, fell later in the day .....then it would be really impossible to get home.
