More spring It's apparent that there must be at least two hundred people in Zimbabwe doing very well out of the present grim sadness . The "Godfather" has just been endorsed to lead the gang for the next few years and why not I ask myself as they have surely done. We've pocketed the donor supplies that have been pumped into "our" infrastructure for the last twenty odd years, we've now got our weekend homes on some prime acreage .....and guess what................ Thabo has just agreed to keep the lights on and.....AND...........this is so so soooooooooo brotherly of him..................he's gonna give us some pocket money to spend on flights out of the country to spend the dollars that the Chinese have just given us for the land that wasn't ours. On the way home from work yesterday I came across this police notice at the side of the road. I Thought it was a joke at first and cycled on. Came back for a second look and no....................not a joke. The winds have damaged the gym in East Dulwich.......Goose Green to be exact.............now isn't that a name that conjours up miserable memories of the Falklands/Malvinas conflict.................ill winds................so............... have to find some other place to clear my brain.
