Had a thought today about how fragile some believers are in their God and their beliefs. Just about anything and everything seems to be able to threaten them.......what's this all about folks?

Did the God who created everything actually, really, honestly, no word of a lie create everything?

Thats seems to be the crunch...."Yes they say...yes he/she/it did"......"Okay then", I say "Deal with DNA, evolution and all that jazz"

"Oh No" they say......that's not in the Bible...he did not create THAT.

How sad it is that they mistrust their God and themselves so much that they feel threatened by a perfectly locical, feasable, rational set of facts and evidence of how things function.......................................................................................................................
............... that the crazy old beast............spirituality......that spark of living...that twinkle in the eye of pain and joy and how am I in life..........that oils the wheels of function.................... they seem to have lost.

What many seem to have done and are doing, is give their fears and money to some ranting charlatan ( the ones with who speak in gentle colours are ranting charlatans on the inside...beware) who gives them supermarket God therapy.

There you go then.

Lights along the front. The procession emerges out of the the dark having wound it's way down the hill at the back of the "village" Local Lads out on the town. The Fire works begin. Hanging around and fidgeting. The local Press get ready for St Anne to arrive. It's said that she is the Patron Saint of Sailors/Sea. The boys is red and blue seemed to be in control of the youngsters as the procession continued down to the beach after the fire works. St Anne appeared out of the dark. Devotees.
