Times are changing: Happy New Year




Well, it gets to that time in life when messages are sometimes not so cool,
anticipated....sure, but not so good. Had one yesterday................that got me going. Mom had had a stroke..............all be it a mini stroke but a stroke all the same......and for me one stroke is the next thing to a stroke......big stroke, small stroke.....they are all leading the same way.............so, things are begining to change again, moving on.

But things are not soooo bad. Met Tadzio and Bob when they came across with Danny, Tadzio's father from Holland. Nice guys doing coffee in Strabucks, Soho.

What's with these folk who want to blow themselves up................for what..................these people must surely be desperately deeply malfunctioning narcissists? Psychosexual problems maybe...........maybe the first time they watched themselves wank was in a distorted mirror..........not a pretty sight...........but surely lads..... not something you have to kill yourselves and others for? Back fom Greece

Well, have just returned from Zakynthos or Zante. Apart from a couple of dull weather days ...one at the start and the other at the end.....and a hotel that smelt of dead dogs, babyshit and nicotine stained underwear.....it was a good place to be. We escaped the Kalamaki resort and hotel with a hired car...and with the good sense of Isolde we went down a track to look at a Villa on the beach.....a good ten kilometers from the rooms from hell and with a mountain range in between. What a good move. We met Soula, the widow of Ville Fiore, who was beautiful, charming and deserved the money we paid for the rooms....in fact even more...money that is. From then on it was a daily vist to Zycanthos Town....a wheel around the views...and every second day a 10K run. The food scene...whew.....some desperately bad mistakes....and some gems.
