Devonish style Woman in Barn Conversion


Fast moving and efficient Devonish women are well known
for making light work of keeping hearth and home
in top order. They move faster than the camera can record
them.....but here we have managed to capture one with the
super fast Canon.....while the Devonite man remains oblivious
to everything. Very normal.

Lights along the front. The procession emerges out of the the dark having wound it's way down the hill at the back of the "village" Local Lads out on the town. The Fire works begin. Hanging around and fidgeting. The local Press get ready for St Anne to arrive. It's said that she is the Patron Saint of Sailors/Sea. The boys is red and blue seemed to be in control of the youngsters as the procession continued down to the beach after the fire works. St Anne appeared out of the dark. Devotees. St Anne looking resplendent carried by the men in black. The figure is carried into the church.
