Tree hugger..........nah....this is Peckham


Hugging trees in Peckham would be considered a mugable
offence.....instead we just lean on or piss on them to show
our affection and regard...........some can do both at the same
time. Multi-function man!

Lights along the front. The procession emerges out of the the dark having wound it's way down the hill at the back of the "village" Local Lads out on the town. The Fire works begin. Hanging around and fidgeting. The local Press get ready for St Anne to arrive. It's said that she is the Patron Saint of Sailors/Sea. The boys is red and blue seemed to be in control of the youngsters as the procession continued down to the beach after the fire works. St Anne appeared out of the dark. Devotees. St Anne looking resplendent carried by the men in black. The figure is carried into the church.
